Recently, Mel Trotter Ministries introduced new mobile showers in an effort to make shower facilites more accessible to the homeless community in Grand Rapids. But, with a building in desperate need of repairs, could the money to build these mobile showers have been better spent? Reporter Emmie Estes gives her perspective.
