As the spring 2022 semester begins, the Aquinas College Admissions Office is looking for new student ambassadors. If you are passionate about being a Saint and want to share your experiences with others, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Student ambassadors perform a variety of tasks, including taking prospective students on campus tours, operating the Admissions Office front desk and helping organize activities such as AQ Day, STAR Day, and the Spectrum Scholarship Competition. This position offers flexible hours, making it a great fit for students with busy academic and extracurricular schedules. Student ambassadors typically work 3-4 hours per week, with opportunities to take on more hours if desired.
Admissions Counselor Katie Allen urges students to look into what she describes as a great on-campus employment opportunity. She emphasizes that as part of the Admissions team, students work in a fun environment where they can connect with future Saints and show their AQ pride.
“My favorite thing about being a student ambassador is being able to connect with and meet new people,” said current student ambassador Jessica Woodside. “I love when I meet a new family and I can answer their questions about college and life at Aquinas. I have enjoyed getting to show people the Aquinas community and working with people who are passionate about this campus.”
The application deadline for student ambassador positions is March 1, 2022. If interested, you can fill out a job application by scanning the QR code below.
