The crosswalk on Fulton Street outside the Sturrus Center is being updated as a result of a student initiative to improve campus’ accessibility to commuters.
“We’re the first Michigan college to have this type of system,” said Zenon Cardenas Jr., Aquinas’s Emergency Management Coordinator. The app was officially released on Sept. 30.
“the Intoxicated Driving Experience has been a popular event for the roughly ten years that it has been going on.”
Efforts to keep students safe include Campus Safety increasing their presence on campus.
There haven’t been clown sightings reported on campus, but Campus Safety has been monitoring nearby reports in order to keep us safe.
The month of April is dedicated to spreading awareness and empowering students to end sexual violence.
